Update to OFCM P-14 Federal Plan for Cooperative Support & Backup • Major Revisions • Updated OPC descriptions, cooperative support and contingency backup needs • Moved Appendix C, “Catastrophic Backup” into body • Added new Appendix C with 24x7 contact information • Updated Appendix B, “Listing of Agreements” • Strengthened wording on testing backup procedures • Added proactive notification for “predictable outages” • Hurricanes, Ice Storms, planned power outages, etc.
