  5. Common “Green” Fleet Elements • Key factors affecting fuel costs and your fleets vehicle emissions • Driver behavior • Vehicle maintenance • Tire pressure • Regulatory Compliance • MGEF Group has partnered with leading environmental company ‘s whom work closely with our clients to devise solutions that promote global sustainable economic development with minimum negative environmental impact.

  6. Innovative Environmental Solutions Its helping public and private organizations identify the most cost effective ways to improve fleet efficiency and minimize its contribution to global warming. MGEF is developing programs in coordination with its synergistic partners – Rice University & Ecology and Environment, Inc. • Unlike other fleet environmental programs, MGEF Environmental Solutions are: • Cost-effectiveIdentifying ways to reduce fleet emissions without increasing costs • Focused on outcomesRather than on specific technologies such as hybrids or ethanol • Highly visibleProviding opportunities to communicate with clients, stakeholders, policymakers and regulators about the results achieved

  7. FCT-RT Fuel Control Terminal • HID/Card/Electronic Key/Keyboard Entry (Any combination) • TCP/IP Interface (Hardwire cat 5) • Radio Frequency TCP/IP – (optional) • Modem Communication • Tank Level Sensor Interface • Third Party Fleet Fuel Card Support • Durable • Built to Last • Ease of Service

  16. The Enterprise Class Solution with an Easy to Navigate User Interface… Scalable Solution Fuel View Software • Architecture • J2EE Thin-Client • Enterprise Edition • Supported Databases • SQL • Oracle • Interface • Proven interface and export capabilities to all Fleet Maintenance and Enterprise management applications 17

  17. Fleet Maintenance Interfaces Data Suppliers Data Receivers MGEF Database Server Purchasing, Equipment Maintenance, Accounting, Human Resources Equipment Maintenance, Accounting, Human Resources Network Inter Database Communication If the MGEF Fueling database is the same database engine (i.e. Oracle) as a delivering or receiving system. it is possible to use the native functionality of the database engine to exchange data between two systems. Combinations of trigger and stored procedures can do all of the work behind the scenes. Such a solution can offer high reliability. automatic error checking and near instantaneous data exchange. E. J, MGEF, Inc, has implemented this type of interface in Oracle for various customers. Those interfaces consist of synonym tables that are loaded or read by the fueling system with triggers calling stored procedures to provide or process the new data. Automated Batch Processing One system generates a data file. the other reads and processes the data file. Generation and processing are automated by a scheduler on each system. File formats must be defined and files may need to be transferred between the two systems in order to process the data. E.J. ward has implemented interfaces with systems such as SAP, Maximo,Maximus M4, CCG FASTER and many others
