  3. Slumps, what are they? Slumps are basically a huge piece of rock and dirt that move and drop from the mountain into a pringle like shape

  4. What really happened • The following is the pictures I have personally taken of what I viewed as “slumps” • They are suppose to have a “pringle like” way of looking on the mountain, as you will see, these do not look that way.

  5. DISAPPOINTMENT • That was very disappointing wasn’t it? • Well now it goes on to the boring stuff, how they are formed, blah blahblah, you know the drill.

  6. Forming procedures • What happens is as nature is doing it’s thing, the earth and ground start to move due to erosion, water, etc. • Sometimes in this process instead of creating a major land slide like you think, the slumps, which is a form of land slide, are formed.

  7. Cont • They basically keep everything in tact, while the mountain might have a 45 degree angle on it, when the slump is formed it looks as if the trees and everything on the slump goes with it. • That means that the trees that were once at an angle, now appear to be perfectly straight.

  8. Closing • So basically what they are supposed to look like is this, • Not this Pic two*
