  2. How figure skating works • Figure skating is performed on an ice ring. • Figure skating has judges to judge there routine • They get points from the judges and the person with the highest points win.

  6. Interesting facts figure skating was first contested at the 1908 summer Olympics in London, 16 years before the first winter Olympics in Chamonix . It was the first winter sport in Olympic competition.
