  2. Traffic School • Online option • Same amount as counter mitigation • Self funding

  3. Relicensing Program (DWLS 3rd) • Arraignment/set pre-trial release conditions • Provide information on FTAs • Continue for reduction to NVOL II ($128.00)

  4. DUI Court • Treatment reviews on deferred prosecutions • Treatment self funded (insurance) or public (ADATSA) • Five years versus two years supervision • Alcohol/drug evaluation (OPD) • Public Defender reimbursed • Administrative fee paid

  5. MIP Court • Lifeskills (paid Defendant) • Public Defender reimbursed • Administrative fee • Monitoring fee (paid by Defendant at $10.00 per month) • Dismissal motion • Optional based on record; ADETAR (OPD)

  6. Drug Court • Marijuana under 40 grams • Same as MIP

  7. Domestic Violence Court • DV advocate (grant funded) • No contact order • DV assessment (OPD)
