  3. Set NEW Targets: • SMART • Strategies = How can staff help you? • Intervention steps = What can you do? • Success Criteria =How can we measure your success?

  4. Targets: • Literacy or Maths. • Social, emotional, behavioural skills. • Attendance / punctuality. • Organisation / Homework. Each student has three cross-curricular targets. These must be reviewed.
