Update 1/3Technical work packages • Technical Work Packages • Hardware development – sensor tags, low costs tags and readers, miniature tags, tags adapted for metal and dielectric objects, high read-rate reader antennas, smart objects (smart shelf) • Network – Track and trace analytics framework and discovery services • Security - Design of a security framework for the Discovery Service and for other RFID networked services such as the EPCIS

Update 2/3Business Applications • Anticounterfeiting – achievable with basic technology • Pharma-traceability – interesting results and dissemination website http://bridgewp6.com • Manufacturing process – new partner COVAP conducting new pilot • Textile industry – Customer survey with positive results • Products in services – product recall, paperless warranty and management of purchase records • Item level tagging – extension of the textile pilot, books pilot (use of WP1 smart shelf)
