Employer brand, or the way a company treats its employees, is its reputation. The employer brand of a company is viewed as an important factor by employees and job seekers. The study found that those who answered positively about their employer were more proud of their work, and expected that others would think more highly of the company. Negative reviews, on the other hand, resulted in significantly lower pride and negative perceptions by outsiders. It is particularly important for employers to consider the opinions of the organizations to which they belong.
