  20. English Adjectives and Nouns In English, when we want to describe, we usually put the adjective before the noun: Ex: The pretty girl (adj) (noun)

  22. Adjetivos en español In Spanish, most adjectives agree with the noun they modify in gender What does that mean?

  23. Adjetivos en español If you are describing a feminine thing in Spanish . . . La amiga . . . Any word you use to describe that noun also needs to be made feminine bonita

  24. Adjetivos en español If you are describing a masculine thing in Spanish . . . El amigo . . . Any word you use to describe that noun also needs to be made masculine guapo

  25. Adjetivos en español • Nouns never change their gender • Adjectives almost always change gender

  27. Practicamos ¿Cómo se dice . . .? The short person La persona baja
