台灣菱實之酚性成份研究. 臺灣菱 (Trapa Taiwanensis Nakai) 為柳葉菜科 (Oenotheraceae) 植物、自生或栽培 於本省中南部池沼。全株、果實、果殼在民間均供為藥用。根據文獻記載菱實具有抗 腹水 及止痢、止血便之作用。 由於多酚類物質常具有多樣之生理活性,本研究乃針對菱實泄中之酚性成份進行探討 ,以供日後作為藥用資源評估之用。 從菱實泄之丙酮萃取物中,經由各種不同管柱層析之分離、純化而得十二種成份,這 些化合物經由光譜數據及化學反應,推斷其結構分別為: (Ⅰ)gallic acid(Ⅱ)meth-
