ODT aims to help improve the sector by:
Establishing one national standard framework for development work
Providing a comprehensive Warrant Of Fitness to help identify the priority areas for development
Providing a simple way of measuring improvements
Creating one shared centre of good practice
5. What is the ODT? Organisational improvement process supported by a technology platform
Supports the capability and sport development work of NSOs, NROs, RSTs, RSOs and potentially other SPARC partners

34. How you can access it A network of 60 Facilitators are located within SPARC, Regional Sports Trusts and some National Sport Organisations
Two additional ODT Training Workshops will be held in Wellington (August 19 & 20) and Auckland (September 2 & 3). Interested organisations should contact Brad Edwards, SPARC
Organisations interested in being assessed;
There is generally no charge for assessments
Assessments are limited and Facilitators will determine availability
