  2. Ticket Incentive / Sponsorship • Php 50,000 Sponsorship • 1 Complimentary Seat with Sen Chiz Escudero at the Presidential Table during the awarding ceremonies • The company’s or individual’s name will be displayed on a Banner/Tarp (4x8 feet) in the firing range and at the dinner venue

Ticket Incentive / Sponsorship • Php 20,000 Sponsorship • 1 Complimentary Seat at the Silver (Php 5,000) tables around the Presidential Table during the awarding ceremonies • The company’s or individual’s name will be displayed on a Banner/Tarp (2X4 feet) in the firing range and at the dinner venue

  4. Ticket Incentive / Sponsorship • Php 10,000 Sponsorship • 1 Complimentary Seat at the Green (Php1,500) area • Sponsors’ banes will be displayed in a common banner / tarpaulin inside the firing range and in the dinner venue

  7. . . . Event Objectives . . . • To be able to provide a venue for attendees to meet the members of Hinirang Class ‘87 and SenChizEscudero up close and personal

  8. . . . Event Objectives . . . • To be able to recognize special sponsors who had been and continuously extending assistance and support to Hinirang 87 & Sen Chiz Escudero’s projects, ideals and goals for the country.

  9. . . . Event Objectives . . . • To be able to provide an avenue for other supporters of Hinirang PMA Class ‘87 to show their support and take part in the fund raising activity.

  11. . . . Proposed theme . . . BOND . . . James Bond . . . That mysterious and elegant gentleman that everybody wants to get to know . . . Saves the country from Mafia and other social villains Very classy and yet down to earth

  12. . . . Proposed event colors . . . Dominant Color = Black Highlight Color = Red, Gold & Green

  13. . . . Entrance Set-up . . . Registration Tables • Manned by 7 ladies • Guests to present their ticket, our staff then will write their names in a piece of paper and drop it in the tambiolo • Guests will be pinned with color coded ribbons or stickers corresponding their seating arrangements

  14. . . . Entrance Set-up . . . • Guests will also be asked to sign in the registration folder & drop calling card in the fish bowl • Escorted to their assigned table.

Entrance Set-up . . . • Photo Booth • Photos may be taken with other guests and shall run from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM • Background shall be designed and approved by the BIRC Officers • Souvenir photos to be given to the guests while a CD of the entire event shall be given to the organizers. • Hopefully sponsored by a client
