  2. 俗名：豬草 • 學名： Ambrosia elatior L. 分類： 植物界、菊科、豬草屬 • 外型特徵 ： 一年生草本，莖直立，株高30~150cm；全株被毛，上部分枝。葉二或三回羽狀分裂。雌雄異花同株，雄性頭花頂生，總狀排列，黃綠色；雌性頭花無花冠，長於上位葉中。瘦果包於總苞內成硬假果，成熟後脫落。

  3. 豬草 • 入侵時間：十多年前在台灣發現 • 入侵的原因： 台北帝國大學日籍教授下條久馬一以食用因素引入，但缺乏計畫且繁殖力強而供過於求。 • 原生地：原產於北美洲台灣分布區域：豬草原只分布在台灣西北部沿海一帶，去年卻首度在台中縣發現，且已朝東北部擴散
