Best Practices • Company pro-actively reviews and protects MSA’s through the ways described on previous slide, or relocation of MSA to safer location • Review local regulations (building codes, fire codes, plumbing codes, etc.) for better enforcement of meter protection • Invest in new technologies that will stop gas flow if MSA is hit/damaged • Work with Utility Commissions for enforcement or agreement for Tariff changes/cost recovery.
