IHQ Location • Efficiency of IHQ diminished for at least during the first two years • Training of all the new Czech technical staff • Only Czech technical staff can be employed given the salary scale • Language barrier would make ISG job difficult at the local level • Cost of living is approaching other European Union Countries’ cost • Philosophical point of view of the “saving objective” • Accounting must be done in CZK • Second request for consultative status to the UN • Isolation of IHQ and the ISG position • Isolation of the ISG and his family
