  7. 2. JFK IS SHOT • Nov. 22, 1963 • Lee Harvey Oswald Arrested for shooting Dallas Police Officer JD Tippet • Later charged with JFK murder • Lyndon Baines Johnson sworn in as President on Air Force One • TX Gov. John Connelly also wounded
