BACKGROUND • 1975 - Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), they install 52 hydrological stations by Radio in the HF band in all the river basin of Magdalena and Cauca Rivers. • 1984 – 1988 - (PNUD), (OMM), y (HIMAT), Rationalization of the Practical Applications of the Hydrology and Meteorology in Colombia - 32 stations. • 2000 - Mixed line of Swiss Credit - 235 E.A.S and 355 RAN, basic hydrometric equipment (micro small mills, small mills, levels, malacates, eco-soundings, etc.) • 2003 Courses of Co design of the Environmental Network. • 2003 - 2006 Installation and implementation of the project
