  3. It is a single, comprehensive, authoritative source of information about environmental data. The EDR is available electronically via the World Wide Web. What is the EDR?

  4. Provide a source of well-formed data elements and value domains Promote the reuse of well-formed data in Agency systems and beyond Enable data sharing, data integration, and data comparability Provide a metadata repository - a central information source about Agency data Goals of the EDR
