4. 一、归化与异化 • 1、采取归化与异化的原因 • 长期以来，翻译中一直存在着源语(source language)与目的语(target language)，原文作者与目的语读者之间的矛盾。 • 如何解决这些矛盾呢? • 怎样尊重及保存民族文化？ • 怎样将有中国特色的文化传统译介给国外的读者？ • 如何在翻译中保持源语的文化特征？

5. 语言与文化： • 语言是用以表达情意的手段，是一种社会文化现象，是社会文化发展的产物。 • 任何语言的生存发展都离不开其赖以生长的社会文化环境。社会文化又在一定程度上制约着语言使用者的思维方式和表达能力。

6. 2、归化与异化 • 翻译中对文化因素的处理： • （1）主要以目的语文化为归宿 • （2）主要以源语文化为归宿 （归化） （异化）

7. 《译者的隐身》 • 　　　　　劳伦斯 · 韦努蒂(Lawrence Venuti) • 德国哲学家：施莱尔马赫(Schleiermarcher) • 　　　“要帮助译作的读者在不脱离译入语的情况下正确而完全地看懂原作,可以采取两种途径。一种是尽可能地不打扰原作者的安宁,让读者去接近作者;另一种是尽可能地不扰乱读者的安宁,让作者去接近读者。”
