  1. Compromise on DCal Module Production in China Preliminary requirements to module production in China Wuhan will place all component orders during the month of January 2010. This is deemed essential to success of the DCal schedule Wuhan will assume responsibility for DCal wavelength shifting fiber bundles for DCal module production. Two high level technicians will be stationed in Frascati as soon as materials are available and until all fiber bundles are completed

Wuhan will station an engineer and one technicians in Subatech by February 1st to train under Manoel in module assembly by working on EMCal modules for a period of 2 months. • As soon as Frascati EMCal module production is completed, these assembly stations can be sent to Wuhan and assembly of DCal modules can begin there. • The assembly facility in Wuhan must be prepared by the middle of February. The room needs to be temperature controlled at a temperature less than 21o C and held at constant humidity less than 60%. The assembly room must have easy access for shipping.
