As part of its commitment to the timely launch and delivery of residential and commercial projects, Wave Infratech Pvt Ltd is a part of the Rs 250 billion industrial group Wave Inc (formerly the Chadha Group) has now announced the start of the distribution of the first batch of its Hi-Tech cities in Ghaziabad. The company will begin initial distribution and is expected to be completed on April 11.

  3. The town’s construction and development are ongoing and it is expected that the first phase to be completed by mid-2013. The Wave city of Ghaziabad is a town with a pollution-free transport system, high security, and proposed solid disposal of township solid waste and Wi-Fi internet throughout the city.

When talking about this development, Manpreet Singh Chadha, CEO of Wave Infratech stated, “We are very pleased to start assigning the first batch of applicants at Wave Hi-Tech City, which has attracted the public and investors since the day one of its launches. The first day of its launch, Wave company has been committed to improving the quality and setting new benchmarks and standards in each of the areas it is involved in. One name in many fields including real estate development, Wave high-tech city is one of our ambitious projects, it will provide the middle and upper-middle-class people's life solutions, and create wealth for them.

It will span over 4,500 acres of all modern infrastructure and living facilities. The project will become a self-sustainable town with public areas such as 70-acre parks, picnic, and sports areas to meet the needs of children and young people.
