Using pen & paper to count the total number of attended classes from sessions starting year to session ending year and calculating the average & percentage of attendance is very tough. DAY WISE ATTENDANCE Day wise attending is marked once in a very day and is taken into account that the scholar is a gift for the whole day and all told the categories. It is usually done the morning when the class starts but sometimes it can be both times, first at the time when you entered in school and second when you out from there.
