Jourdan brooks GERMANTOWN, MD Jourdan Brooks began his collegiate football career at Rutgers University, playing Running back and Full back learning from current NFL professionals - Ray Rice/Ravens and Brian Leonard/Tampa Bay Bucs.  He racked up nearly 800 yards and 10 touchdowns in his two seasons there including three 100-yard games.  One of the most memorable was December 2008 against Louisville where he was dragged down by his 'dred' after running nearly 65 yards.  It  was viewed almost forty thousand times on YouTube.   In January 2011,  he transferred to Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland and behind a injury ridden, inexperienced O-line was still able to remain uninjured and after playing 2 years, had 266 yards the first year, saw action in every game and mostly started.  He returned in 2012 as the team's second leading rusher.  His athletic and muscular frame and excellent quickness and power helped him push forward for more yards for the Morgan Bears.    In May 2012, Jourdan was invited to the Cincinnati Bengals mini-camp and was signed to a Rookie contract after the first workout.  He was one of two participants out of 30 that were signed as college free agents that weekend. He participated in all Spring OTAs and the summer minicamp.   He played in all four Bengal preseason games, rushing eight-for-18 with one TD and catching two passes for 13 yards. Brooks, later earned a spot on Cincinnati practice squad. He was released from Bengals practice squad on 11-6-12, re-signed to Bengals roster on 1-8-13 and ultimately released in May 2013 after participating in the Spring 2013 OTAs. Trainorsigned with FAMU, where he was thrust into the starting quarterback spot in the final three games of 2010. This season was the key part in the Rattlers' six game winning streak as he started in the Rattlers' last three games. He finished the season with 30 yards rushing on 15 carries with a TD and 580 yards through the air by completing 51 passes in 109 attempts with two TDs for 610 yards total offense. He guided the Rattlers to wins over North Carolina A&T and Hampton, then threw for 261 yards and a touchdown in FAMU's Florida Classic victory over Bethune-Cookman. Just two weeks prior, Tranior passed for 157 yards on 16 completions in 35 attempts with a TD. During High School, Trainor lettered in football at North Florida Christian in Tallahassee, Fla., where he finished third in National Top Gun Tournament his senior season. Also, he graduated with honors. In his junior season, he led his team to the second round of the playoffs with four TDs. Clear was an honor student and earned his Bachelor's degree from Clemson University. He was then enrolled at Illinois for summer classes, where he worked toward his Master’s degree. The 6-5, 210 pound Clear redshirted the 2007 season at Clemson before earning varsity letters in 2008, '09 and '10. He had three catches for 106 yards in 2010, including a 70-yard touchdown against North Texas, and had six catches for 137 yards during his Tiger career. He also saw action on special teams for the Tigers, in addition to wide receiver. As a high school senior, Brandon was named one of the top wide-outs at the 2006 U.S. Army All-American Bowl. He finished third in the state in the triple jump (45'4"). He played side-by-side with twin brother Byron in high school; the brother combination helped Hoover High School to the state championship game; they comprised the first twin-brother combination at Clemson since Peter and Andy Ford (1993-96). Clear had also offers from Illinois, Stanford, UCLA, Syracuse, Northwestern, North Carolina State and others before choosing Clemson. He made frequent appearances on the second season of MTV's "Two-A-Days," which featured the Hoover football team. His twin brother, Byron, also played at Clemson. FULL BACK During the 2010 Season, Robert played in 11 games as a reserve, made 15 tackles and forced a fumble, 3 tackles against Massachusetts, 3 at Richmond, and a tackle, which forced a fumble at Villanova. He had 2 tackles at Delaware, and made pair of tackles against Maine. During the 2009 Season, he appeared in nine games and started once. He had 11 tackles and recovered a fumble. He made lone start of season in place of injured YakyIbia at Rhode Island, and helped Tigers to a 36-28 win at Rhode Island by recovering a fumble that set up a touchdown, which gave the Tigers a 13-0 lead early in the game. He made seasonal high four tackles against #6 New Hampshire; had two tackles against Delaware, and made two tackles against #1 Richmond. During the 2008 Season, Robert appeared in 9 games and started 7 times and made 38 tackles, ninth on the team, and had three tackles for lost yardage. He tied for team lead with 2.5 quarterback sacks. He had a fumble recovery, and made debut at Coastal Carolina and having 4 tackles. Brandon made first start of career against Northeastern, made 6 tackles against the Huskies, and had 4-yard sack against Northeastern, which led the Tigers to win over Rhode Island with 5 tackles, including a sack. Robert had 3 tackles and recovered fumble at New Hampshire, and made a career high 8 tackles against #16 William & Mary. He made 4 tackles at Delaware, and made 4 tackles that blocked extra point in Tigers' upset bid at Villanova. He had 3 tackles in finale against James Madison, and helped Tiger offense as extra blocking back in short-yardage situations. AT CLARKSBURG H.S.: Robert was a highly talented defensive lineman who earned first team All-State honors as a senior; two-way starter on defensive line and fullback – an opportunity which led to a very young Coyote program to a 12-1 record, and a berth in the state semi-finals in just the program's second year of existence. He made 86 tackles with five quarterback sacks as a senior for Coach Larry Hurd, and named first team All-Montgomery County & All-League. He throttles down efficiently on comebacks and curls, limiting wasted steps and breaking back towards the ball well. Very feisty competitor against the run and while playing press. He uses leverage well by getting underneath the pads of the receiver to jam him and disrupt routes. Quicker than fast, he can accelerate quickly and operate effectively in a zone; played well in Cover 2 zone from the limited tape available. Brendon gained lots of interest during the recruiting process, indicating that he is a solid and ultimate athlete. Brandon overcame much adversity in his upbringing, and seems to truly love the game.   11. Brian boatengBurtonsville, md LINE BACKER Brian Boateng is an extraordinary player who has terrific determination, ambition, and desire to make an impact in the NFL. He is not simply a player who takes American Football lightly, but as a passionate lifestyle. Born in Ghana, Brian moved to the USA in 2003. Brian started playing football at Gaithersburg high as an all-conference player at defensive end. Impressed by his ability, speed, and talents, numerous college coaches contacted him about their interest to join their college to play football; if not surprising enough, he was offered full scholarships to make it happen! Brian selected Towson University, as he wanted to stay close to his relatives. There, Brian played both: outside and inside linebacker. He averaged 9 tackles per start. His career high for tackles were 12 tackles, and also won couple of player of the game awards. During his senior year, he did record a 4.48 and a 4.54 in 40 times. Brian has the speed and agility to play outside linebacker, while having the size and strength to also play inside linebacker. He can fit in any defensive scheme and will adapt fast. He was mentored by former Titans and Ravens Player Center, Jason Murphy and Ravens Player Guard Jeff Blackshear. Xavier is a full time personal trainer, who is adamant about his fitness and nutrition. He had an outstanding day at the Morgan State Pro Day on 4/7/2014 where according to the Arizona Cardinal’s Assistant Offensive Line Coach, Larry Zielein, Xavier did an astounding job, and has an strong punch. He also was invited and participated in the Super Regional Combine in Dallas. Xavier attended to the following teams: Titans, Panthers, Seahawks, Giants, Jags, Vikings, Red Skins, 49ers, Bucs, Chiefs, Falcons, Texans, Chargers, Lions, and more. He was red shirted in 2007 and saw action on the left tackle position at Morgan State in the season of 2008, 2009, and 2010. He broke Morgan State Offensive Line Vertical record at 35.5 inches also broke broad jump record at 9'6”. Xavier is a rare find in the OL world and will make an immediate impact with an NFL club to protect their QB. Essray TaliaferroWashington, dc Essray is a very promising running back and a recent graduate from Marshall U who has a great vision, powerful lower body, strong downhill runner, is excellent receiver and is an out-standing blocker who can create yards after contact and is complete back, in fact he is the speedier version of Alfred Morris and has the catching abilities of Darren Sproles. During his 2013 season he played every game for “the Herd” and worked with a team that went a nice 10-4 and won its bowl game in the Military Bowl against Maryland.  Essay was the scoring TD that put Marshall on top against Maryland and help keep them there for this great win for the Herd. In his Senior season he rushed for a very respectable 1,140 yards at a good 5.4 yards per carry and 11 TDs. Furthermore, Essray was selected for the Honorable Mention All-Conference USA for the 2013 college football season by the league coaches.
