  2. Client Profile • Morgans Hotel Group I believe that the client has chosen this hotel in this location because of all of the potential it holds. The building and the area itself have historic presence which give the location its own story to begin with. Coupled with the beach across the street and a new and innovative design this hotel will be a destination. My goals for this project are to adhere to the clients wishes in creating a “glamorously green” environment as well as designing a space that guests will feel comfortable and pampered in. I have been hired on as the designer for my ability to go outside of what you would expect and push it until it is extraordinary.
