  1. Benefits of Different types of Indian Rice India is producing a wide variety of rice including Brown Rice, White rice and Basmati rice

  2. Brown Rice: • Brown Rice has so many benefits. But still white rice is used most. Broun rice is full of nutrients as only the outer layer is removed from the grain. It is a good source of soluble fiber. It makes possible to reduce the risk of colon cancer. It helps to lower bad cholesterol. It helps to prevent heart disease. Help to control the level blood sugar. It helps you to keep your bones healthy.

  3. White Rice: • Some people say that white rice is not healthy but it is not so true. White rice is also one of the healthy grains. It is rich of protein. White rice is the greatest source of energy for our body as it needs carbohydrates to function. Eating rice can helps to lose the weight. White rice is considered as an excellent source of amino acid which is required for muscle growth. White rice is easy to digest and is low in fiber, it is good for relieving diarrhea.

  4. Basmati Rice: • Indian basmati rice is one of the most popular rice grains originating from India. There are many varieties in basmati rice mostly available in two versions namely Brown basmati rice and white basmati rice. About its nutrients, brown basmati rice is comparable with other basmati rice and white rice is comparable with other white rice. It is rich source of vitamin including niacin and thiamine. Basmati rice has a unique aroma.
