Floor offices • Friday, January 10th • 12:00 Disconnect/relocation of employee computers • Relocation of Purchasing • Relocation of Microbiology • Saturday, January 11th • Relocation of Distribution, Ocular, Skin • Monday, January 13th – 14th • Post Move Support Key Dates

  3. Crate Delivery • Crate Delivery – Crates and Dollies • Crates are Stacked on dollies, do not stack higher than (4) crates per dolly • Place your moving label on the short end of the crate. Do Not write on the crates as they are recycled. • Final Crate Pick Up

Relocation Packing Instructions • Place all items inside the crates • Items that do not fit in the crates, place a label on the item in a location that the movers can easily see • Place your moving label on the short end of the crate.   6. Labeling Instructions B - 4 • Affix all labels in a place where the movers can easily view. Example. Short end of crate, base of monitor. • DO NOT place labels on the glass screens of terminals or computers. • Place labels onto crates and equipment as near to moving day as possible

  7. Label Placement • Where am I sitting? • Please see your Move Captain • Label each and every item that is moving to your new location • No Tag, No go!!! • Equipment • Contact your move captain for your location • Laptops MUST be taken home PLACE LABELS HERE

  8. Helpful Hints • Print your destination clearly on the Label • Identification of quantity of boxes, i.e. 1/5, 2/5, etc. • Inventory of items • Consolidate smaller items in mailing envelopes or ziplock bags • Pre-boxed items can be tagged, they do not need to be repacked into an orange crate

  9. Before you leave… • Keys (File Cabinets within your workstations) • Personal Items • Crates and Equipment • Existing furniture to be left in a clean condition
