  4. WEB SITE LOG-INCompletion of Cash Flow Analysis FY 2011 • Use URL to access the system https://www.usg.edu/ppv/ • Select institution from the drop-down list and enter your password. • Select the project and enter data. • Preparer and CBO must certify the information.

SUBMITTAL SUMMARY CHECK LISTSCompletion of Cash Flow Analysis FY 2011 • Confirm Data at top of Project Sheet Project Name, Units, Pro-forma, Preparer and Approver Names, etc. • Certify and Approved Data by CBO • Enter Pro-Forma Actual Revenues and Expenses • Provide Written Description of any favorable or unfavorable deviation • Contact Foundation/Trustee to Obtain Amount of Repair and Maintenance Reserves • WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 9th DUE DATE
