  8. Practice 1 • We give teachers TIME and RESOURCES to engage them in curricular planning with colleagues. (e.g. during summer, dept meetings, UbD handbooks, etc)

  9. Practice 2 • Department Heads are expected to observe at least one teacher a day and to chat with the teacher within the day.

  24. Practice 8 GRASPS • PT is not a one shot deal. It’s done in stages and must be done individually in school.

  25. Practice 9 GRASPS • Both process and product are given importance.

  26. Practice 10 GRASPS • The best products, if not all, are displayed inside and outside of the classroom.
