  1. Nichols’ News Week of: April 14th- 17th Spelling Words: No Spelling Words this week- Have a good EASTER weekend!! This Week: Language Arts- We will review nouns and pronouns! Reading- We will work on reading stories and comprehension questions! Math- We will add and subtract three digit numbers! Science- We will continue learning about how animals meet their needs! Writing- We will write a How To! • REMINDERS- • -Practice addition and subtraction math facts each night! • -April 18th- Good Friday Holiday- No School!! • -April 22-25: CLOSED campus • due to STAAR testing! • -May 23 and May 27 are regular school days due to using those dates as bad weather days. • -Head Start Registration and Kindergarten Roundup are going on now!!  • -We still have North Lamar Discount cards for sell.  They are $5.00.  Just send a note along with the money stating how many you would like to purchase.  These cards will expire on 9-1-14. Please bring boxtops!!! 
