Comments Results disappointing : - 182 users / 444 registrants (only 41%) - only a few registrants in countries other than Argentina Possible reasons: - free service (54% have not installed the software) - unexpected pedagogical philosophy - loose tutoring (Spanish) Expectations: - more participation - indirect support by WHO (World Health Organization)
