They Are Light And Easy To Transport Plastic pallets are almost 30% lighter than their wooden counterparts. This implies less wear and tear on the machines or equipments used to transport them. That’s not all, since they are lightweight; their shipping and transportation costs are also lower than wooden pallets.
They Are Hygienic Plastic pallets don’t carry the risk of harboring bugs like wooden pallets do. They can be safely used in hygiene sensitive areas such as clean rooms and food prep where wooden pallets cannot conform.
