  1. Proposal of a new model on the Galactic turbulent magnetic- fields and microwave Haze emission KazushiroFujiki,Makoto Hattori(Astronomical Institute,Tohoku University) European CMB satellite PLANCK confirmed the existence of the Microwave Haze emission in the Galactic central region which was first pointed out by the analysis of WMAP data. We propose a new model of the Galactic Haze based on the Jitter radiation from the turbulent magnetic field in the Galactic warm gaseous halo excited by plasma kinetic instabilityradiation. We have determined the physical mechanism responsible for plasma instabilities, which were first found by Ramani & Laval in 1978, associated with anisotropic velocity distributions induced by a temperature gradient in which there are growing low-frequency transverse magnetic waves, considering background magnetic fields. The nonlinear saturation level of the instability is also provided by considering the wave-particle interactions • Condition of thermal plasma with a temperature gradient • Conservation of total gas • Charge neutral condition • Conservation of thermal energy • Heat current Velocity in direction of a temperature gradient Thermal velocity Scale height of temperatur Solid line means velocity distribution in direction of a temperature gradient Collsionless Boltzmann equation Maxwell Boltzmann distrbution Dashed line meansvelocity distribution(Maxwell Boltzmann distribution) normal to a temperature gradient shifted by Perturbation of velocity distribution Perturbation of electric field Dispersion relation β=1,n=-1 Perturbation of magnetic field Electron cycrotron in ordered magnetic fields Relation between plasma angular frequency at peak and epsilon, and relation between growing rate at peak and epsilon β=10,n=-1 β=1,n=-1 Plasma beta β=10,n=1 β=1,n=1 Cosmic abandanceH:He = 9:1 Growing rate of plasma wave angular frequencyof plasma wave Dispersion relation β=10,n=-1 Temperature fluctuation in the Warm Galactic gas halo excites the citcularty polarized magnetic waves when 140kpc Dispersion relation β=1,n=+1 Jitter radiation from the Weible turbulent magnetic fileds Satulation level Dispersion relation β=1,n=+1 Jitter radiation from the Galactic warm gas halo is able to explain the Galactic microwave haze spectrum obtained by the PLACNK Nonlinear saturation by wave-particle interaction. Top: For . The thermal electrons travel throughout the waves, but their orbits are randomly disturbed by the wavy magnetic fields. Bottom: For . The thermal electrons are trapped by the fields and feel net nonzero fields. We conclude
