Beschrijving applicatie • Katoenen kous (E.V.O) of badstof kous (F.P) • Evt. druk ontlastingspunten inbouwen • Zn. vilt op drukplekken aanbrengen (spaarzaam) • 3 lagen Delta Cast dorsaal aanleggen • DUN afdraaien met 1à 2 lagen Delta Cast (+folie) • Overtollig materiaal verwijderen (bij peroneus spalk) • Spalk afwerken (randen afplakken + klittenbanden aanleggen)

Bevindingen, tips en tricks • Resultaat: • Leerpunten : • Zeer dun werken (1à 2 lagen, uitgezonderd achterspalk = 3 laag) • Delta Cast nat verwerken • Voor glad resultaat plastic folie gebruiken • Bij fasciitis plantaris spalk tenen in maximale (dorsaal) extensie plaatsen (evt later extra vilt onder tenen plakken) • Verstelbare klittenbanden maakt maximale (dorsaal) extensie (ook later) mogelijk
