  4. What Borderline UK does • Support Internet groups, Borderline UK Edinburgh, Penpal scheme, Info@, Leaflets and Newsletter • Training Basic Awareness Training • Planning and Policy Department of Health, Personality Disorder Institute, NIMHE-CSIP
