Acetaminophen Polymorph DSC Analysis & Form II Preparation

This study demonstrates the preparation of Form II acetaminophen through DSC calibration curve method. The acetaminophen was quenched from a melt to room temperature, cryomilled for 30 minutes, and analyzed for crystallinity.
