  12. 應用範例三 • Q.批量3000單位,AQL=1.0%,採單次計劃及正常檢驗,求(a)若該批貨有2%或3%不良率時,該批貨被拒收之機率有多少?(b)若該批貨被拒收,則檢驗樣本至少有幾個不良品。 • A.1.查表10-1得檢驗代字為K • 2.查表10-2得樣本數為125個 • 3.查表10-15(part a),由橫座標之2%劃一垂線,交AQL=1.0%,再由此交點化一水平線與縱座標相交,交點處為75%,得知不良率為2%時,允收機率為75%。依同法可得不良率為3%時,允收機率為52%。 • 4.查表10-2,由代字K及AQL=1.0%,可得AC = 3, Re = 4, 因此若不良數大於等於4個時,拒收該批貨。
