  2. Project Closeout-1 • PM Responsibilities • Manage closeout inspection process • Ensure final construction details done • Ensure testing completed • Ensure as-builts completed & filed • Schedule occupancy • Monitors site cleanup • Make final payments

  3. Project Closeout-2 • Project Documentation • Prep & deliver O&M manual • Establish project files; RFI’s, Changes, Payments, Vendor info, Shop Drawings. • As-built drawings to user & archive

  4. Project Closeout-3 • Transfer Project to Owner/User • Train O&M personnel on systems • Complete punch list items • Conduct walk thru with Owner/User • File warranties with Owner/User • Cover any life safety issues • Complete transfer documentation
