This guide outlines the default email filtering settings for VT fault code classification. Service Information (SI) indicates that no action is needed and no emails are sent. Service Soon (SS) requires checking at your convenience; notifications will be sent every 60 days for SS faults. Service Now (SN) indicates immediate action is required, with emails sent every 72 hours for SN faults. Instructions for adjusting these default settings for Service Soon and Service Now are also provided for the Detroit CSC.
