  2. TownHall Town Hall is the buildingon the Upper Square in Olomouc. In 1261, the Czech King PremyslOtakar II. awardedthe cityof privilege, which allowed the construction of the municipal building. Olomouc ciztizensfounded the town hall building and the city council and the building was connected to markets, from which flowed the city charges.

  3. Arionfountain Should havebeenthe last baroque fountain built after the Thirty Years War. Attempts to build a fountain appeared again in the 19th century.   5. HolyTrinity Holy Trinity Column in Olomouc is a monument erected to the glory of God between1716 and 1754th. Its main purpose was a spectacular celebration of the Catholic Church and faith, partly due to a feeling of gratitude for ending the plague, which struck in Moravia from1714 till1716th Alltheartists and master craftsmen who worked on the column were Olomouc citizens, building column was also seen as an expression of local patriotism.35 m high column is the highest statue of the Czech Republic and includes a small chapel. Since 1995, along with Marian column and Baroque fountains it has becomethenational monument and in 2000itwas, as one of the best examples of Central European Baroque, classified as World Heritage by UNESCO.
