  3. Waste Exemptions • The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2009 • Into force 6 April 2010 • Revises the existing exemptions regime • Transitional arrangements (2011-2012)

Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) • The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Amendment) Regulations 2009 • The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2009 • Change reporting requirements for WEEE • 3 year compliance scheme registration removed • New Government Guidance Notes issued
