  4. 果醬 • Jam: 用一種或多種切碎、壓碎的水和糖熬煮的醃製食品。 • Jelly:煮果的水果後將果汁過濾出來(不擠壓,自然滴漏)後加糖熬煮的 膠狀柔軟的甜食。 • Marmalades:(帶碎果皮的)橙橘類水果加上其他水果,如杏桃、藍玫、草莓等水果製成的果醬。 • Preserves:保存於濃稠糖漿中的整粒水果或水果塊,例如蜜漬金桔。 • Conserves:多半以2種或多種水果製成,其中1種為柑橘類水果,通常會加入堅果和葡萄乾或水果乾 • Curds:濃稠、濃郁像牛奶蛋糊般滑的醬料,以水果、糖、奶油、蛋製成,通常使用柑橘類水果,尤其是檸檬。
