The “haves”… • Asian-American/Island Pacific Islanders • White • Higher income • Educated • Dual-parent households
The “have-nots”… • Children & young adults • Lower income • Less educated • Certain minorities • Overpopulated/underserved countries • Individuals in rural areas/central cities
