  2. Disclosure Statement FORWARD-LOOKING STATEMENTS This presentation includes certain “Forward-Looking Statements” within the meaning of securities exchange regulation. All statements regarding potential mineralization and reserves, exploration results, and future plans and objectives of Regulus Resources Inc. are Forward-Looking Statements that involve various risks and uncertainties. There can be no assurance that such statements will prove to be accurate and actual results and future events could differ materially from those anticipated in such statements. Important factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from Regulus Resources Inc. expectations are disclosed under the heading “Risk Factors” and elsewhere in Regulus Resources Inc. documents filed from time to time with the securities regulatory authorities. Mineral resources do not have demonstrated economic viability and future in-fill drilling and scoping, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies will determine what percentage of the inferred resource can be placed into the mineable category. Regulus is not aware of any environmental, permitting, legal, title, taxation, socio-political, marketing or other issues which may materially affect this estimate of mineral resources. QUALIFIED PERSON All of Regulus Resources Inc’s exploration programs and the related disclosure of information of technical or scientific nature are prepared by, or prepared under the direct supervision of Wayne Hewgill, Regulus’ President, who is the Qualified Person as defined in NI 43-101. 7. Rio Grande Cu-Au Porphyry Rio Grande Porphyry Cu-Au • Large copper-gold porphyry • Located in mining friendly Salta Province • 78 drill holes – no resource defined • Good regional infrastructure • Antares(operator)/Pachamama 50/50 JV • Rio Grande is 10 km from Mansfield’s 1.9 M Oz Lindero Au (Cu) Porphyry deposit. • Metallurgical programme underway Q1 2011 100 km Regulus Resources Inc. (REG.V TSX)

  8. Rio Grande Discovery History 1999 – Mansfield Minerals delineates area of Cu-Au mineralization 2000 – Mansfield options project to Teck Corp – Teck initiates geological mapping, soil and trenching programmes 2001 – Magnetic and IP survey followed up by 2.7 km trenching programme leading into 11 hole drilling programme. Teck drops option in 2002 2004 – Antares Minerals (Planet Ventures) optioned project and over the next three years completed an additional 67 drill holesfor a total of 78. 2008 – Rio Grande put on hold in late 2008, as Antares focuses on Haquira project in Peru during economic downturn 2010 – Rio Grande project spun out of Antares after acquisition of Antares by First Quantum for approximately $US 600 million. 9. Rio Grande Regional Infrastructure Regulus Resources Inc. (REG.V TSX)

  10. Macro Geological Environment • Rio Grande is located along key regional northwest structures intersecting the north trending Andean volcanic arcs. • The Escondida Copper Mine (BHP Billiton) is located 150 km to the west on the intersection of northwest trending Archibarca and the major West Fissure Fault. • A similar northwest trending structure hosts the massive Chuquicamata Mine to the north at the intersection with the West Fissure Fault. • After J.P. Richards, 2003 Regulus Resources Inc. (REG.V TSX)

  11. The Rio Grande ring structure represents the top of a shallowly eroded andesite/dacite stratovolcano The Cu-Au mineralization is oxidized to depths of 300-350 metresMineralization includes high grade shoots within overall mineralized shell Rio Grande Ring Structure Regulus Resources Inc. (REG.V TSX)

  12. Significant Drill Intersections Gold Rich Copper-Gold Porphyry *Note: Copper Equivalent is calculated using the formula – CuEQ = Cu% +(Au g/t* 0.4862) +(Ag g/t*0.0077). There is no consideration for metallurgical recoveries used in this estimation. Regulus Resources Inc. (REG.V TSX)

  13. Conceptual Geological Model • High grade zones defined within sizable mineralized shell outlined by 78 drill holes – Initial resource expected by mid 2011 • Drilling in 2011 will define upper oxide zone and continuity of high grade mineralization to depth Regulus Resources Inc. (REG.V TSX)

  14. Catalysts for 2011 • Metallurgical Work – Sequential leach, bottle roll and flotation tests underway • results expected in early 2011 • Geochemical sampling over NE Target underway • (Lindero style Au) • Resource – Upon completion of metallurgical work • Geophysics – Titan 24 IP/Resistivity to better define targets at depth • Expected to start in early 2011 when equipment available in country • Drilling – Follow-up drilling expected mid 2011 Regulus Resources Inc. (REG.V TSX)
