Team ministry happens when 2 or more leaders work together to accomplish a single spiritual task. 4. Commitment is one of the factors for a successful team ministry. 5. Anointing is born out of a humble and broken heart. 6. The anointing of God’s Spirit is the overflowing of the Messiah’s divine life of holiness into a human life. 7. A humble heart is needed to maintain the anointing. 8. Give at least 4 of the 10 qualities of a leader as a true judge 9. Give at least 2 team ministry pattern in the Scriptures 10.   6. No pastor or Christian leader rejoices over the need for the corrective discipline. It is a duty which must be performed when other more positive methods to cause growth and maturity have failed.

  15. 15“If your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over

  16. 16 But if he will not listen, take one or two others along, so that every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.'

  17. 17 If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, treat him as you would a pagan or a tax collector.
