  4. Preparations for IPA • CFCU in MOF acts as Central Operating Structure for: - TAIB Comp. - CBC Comp. - Regional Development Comp. - Human Resource Development Comp. With ex-ante control by EC • IPARD Agency as an independent body under the government responsicility in charge of M&I&C of: - Rural development component without ex-ante control by EC. • NF as a treasury unit in charge of financial management for all five IPA components.

  5. Preparations for IPA Legislative Changes - New Organic Budget law oriented towards EU Regulations and Directives -2005 -PIFC law-february 2007 -Draft Internal Procedures Manuals for NF, CFCU and IPARD Agency
