Definitions - • Linkage – With other development institutions (including government, banks, academic institutions and others) for mobilizing resources for supporting rainfed farming system • Partnership – With development institutions with a perspective long term strategic interest. Should be based on MOU and with longer duration where co – creation is possible • Community Enterprise Development – For development for community enterprises to provide long terms sustainable on going services

For example – ensure vermi-compost developed is of good quality to impact soil quality. • How do we ensure service model stabilizes through revenue or grant sources? What is the model? • Who will ensure ongoing convergence with government department to enable regular reach of services to all farmers? • How do we sustain services to the farmers in Rainfed Farming Systems?
