  1. Cher patron J'ai pensé que je devais vous informer immédiatement de mon absence ce matin au travail, car je me suis fait piquer par un moustique la nuit dernière. Comme vous avez pu vous en rendre compte, il fait très chaud en ce moment et je dors en tenue légère sans vêtement. C'est cela qui m’a rendu plus vulnérable aux attaques de moustiques. Pour vous prouvez ma bonne foi, je vous ai adressé une photo vous prouvant ma situation douloureuse. Je pense que cette photo devrait suffire et m’éviter la présentation d’un certificat médical
