  2. PS&EA Looking Forward Resources Acquisition • City Light has adequate firm power supplies to fulfill current and future customer needs through 2020. Near term need to acquire a significant level of renewal resources and/or credits to meet I-937 requirements beginning 2016 (approximately 4% of total portfolio). Power Production • Continue to invest in City Light’s Power Production facilities to maintain a high level of production and to reduce long term operating costs. • Obtain and fully implement new FERC Boundary License Power Management • Continue to make improvements in managing City Light’s current and future power supply portfolio (i.e. business systems, quantitative analysis, methods and procedures, new products) as a means to increase wholesale revenue and reduce portfolio risk. • Monitor and react as necessary to changes in wholesale markets (e.g. RECs, cap and trade). • Fully implement City Light’s new 20 year BPA Slice/Block power sales agreement.

  3. PS&EA Looking Forward Conservation • Continue to implement and expand on City Light’s 5 year conservation plan. Environmental Stewardship • Continue City Light’s strong environmental stewardship of our resources and system operations. Utility Support Services • Continue efforts to streamline property disposition process and make improvements in property management
