Needs Farmers who will be responsible to ensure supply matches the market commitment: • Can set and production targets and commitments • Willing to learn new technologies that decrease cost, increase quality, increase yield and make them competitive • Understand cost and returns, will work out financial needs, and collaborate with business service providers for efficiency

Step 6 – Process Flow for Facilitators • Formulate a production and postharvest quality management guide for each cluster member with cost and returns Ensure that the clusters are decided on technologies to incorporate in the farming practice • Install crop monitoring procedures in the cluster • Come up with a cluster production program by filling up a planting and/or harvest calendar • Come up with a product supply forecast for market negotiation a month before the first product delivery to the buyer
