Registering for MedConcert: When setting up a profile, do I set up the profile under my account or the clinicians account? • If you are an administrator who will be entering data for the clinician you will be using your email account • If you are a clinician who will be entering the data you will use your email account • Clinicians will be able to be added when you begin the registration process in the Bridges to Excellence App

  3. Registering for MedConcert: Why was I not found in the MedConcert System? • If you have not previously signed up for MedConcert your information will not be in the system to be found • If you were an admin and had an account with IPRO you will be able to find your account in MedConcert as you were loaded with the historical data

  4. Pricing: What does the pricing terms mean? • Pricing is based on a 12 month period for each program, which allows you to submit multiple times in a year • Individual assessment is $95 a clinician per program for a 12 month period • Group assessment is $295 for 3 – 20 clinicians per program for a 12 month period

  5. Registering for the BTE App:Why would my network be in the system? • Network in the BTE app refer to a practice location • The network may have been loaded with the historical data if you submitted with IPRO • If your practice has an existing account in MedConcert you would be able to search and find your network in the system

  6. Registering for the BTE App: Do I use group NPI or Individual NPI? • When entering a clinician you will be using the individual NPI, this is for individual submissions and group submissions • This allows the program to associate the patients to the right clinician based on individual NPI

  7. Adding Patient Data:What is the patient ID used for? • Patient ID is a unique identifier that allows you to match up patients in your system to the patients you have uploaded to the BTE App • The Patient ID is pre-populated when you add patients with the chart in the BTE app, you will want to update this so that it will be a unique ID to reference your patients or make a note of the pre-populated ID on the patient chart in your system

Processing Data:What occurs if I navigate away from the BTE App while my patient data is processing? • Data will continue to process if you navigate away from the BTE app • You will need to come back to the BTE App once the patient data has been uploaded and processed to proceed with the next steps

  9. Reports: How do I save my reports to a PDF? • You will click to view details and click the print icon • Click the save button to save as a PDF

  10. Data Security:How secure is my submission and data on MedConcert? • We use SSL encryption technology to secure the transmission of your data, personal information, and passwords. This is currently the most widely used method of securing internet transactions. Additionally, only successful recognitions are reported to BTE by CECity. For these clinicians, CECity provides to BTE only the clinician demographic and high-level recognition information. Clinical data is not provided to BTE without the clinician's approval.
